Srikanth Acharya is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with extensive experience in various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of OffiNeeds.com since October 2014, Srikanth focuses on product development, strategy, and team building. Additionally, Srikanth co-founded Employee Engagement Academy in June 2023, aimed at enhancing employee engagement for HR and business leaders through content, courses, and consulting. Currently, Srikanth serves as CEO of TheHomeOffice.in and held the position of CEO at Touchstone Enterprises Pvt Ltd from March 2005 to May 2020, where significant technological advancements were implemented. Previous roles include Business Coach, Founder and CEO of Logostore Private Limited, and Software Engineer at Infosys Technologies Limited. Srikanth holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
