Kelly Raucci

Kelly Raucci has over 30 years of experience in the early childhood education industry. Kelly began their career as an Early Childhood Educator at POKO LOKO & BRIGHT HORIZONS, where they worked from 1991 to 1996. Kelly then joined Bright Horizons at Western Springs as a Recruitment Coordinator from 1997 to 2002, responsible for directing recruitment efforts and assessing hiring needs. Kelly later became the Director of Bright Horizons at Western Springs in 1996 and successfully launched a new school, exceeding enrollment targets and overseeing staff recruitment. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the Vice President of US Operations at Kids & Company. Currently, Kelly is the Regional Manager for The Learning Experience, where they manage multiple centers, implements strategies to improve operational efficiency, and supports the professional development of managers and staff.

Kelly Raucci pursued their Master's Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Human Development from National Louis University, from 2007 to 2009.
