Role Scope + Responsibilities

  • This position will have a focus on the Swimming market regarding clubs/teams.
  • Achieve quota assignments while accurately forecasting sales activity.
  • Conduct prospecting to close leads through calls, emails, or social media.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Head of Club Partnerships to implement appropriate funnel strategies
  • Schedule meetings with leads to assess clubs and potential partnerships with THEMAGIC5


  • 2+ years of experience in swimming sales, preferably in a lead generation/Account executive role.
  • CRM use experience, HubSpot a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Want to be part of building a new and global technology driven sports brand.
  • Think our product is cool.

Bonus points if you have

  • Sales experience at the Club or College level, preferably to swim teams.
  • Strong ties to the swimming community.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $40,000-$50,000. On target earning potential of $65,000-$75,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
  • Fully remote position.
