Richard Aponte

Richard Aponte has extensive experience in high-end visual effects compositing. Richard has worked as a Senior Nuke Compositor on multiple projects for various companies, including The Mill, Photoreal VFX & Motion Graphics, BREAK+ENTER, Method Studios, PowerHouse VFX, Blue Sky Studios, Alkemy X, and Method Studios. Their work includes visual effects compositing for advertising, feature films, TV episodic shows, and animated films. Richard has expertise in Nuke, NukeX, Maya, Syntheyes, and Mocha, and is skilled in tasks such as compositing, clean plate painting, green screen driving comps, set extensions, tracking, color corrections, matte paint composites, CGI elements integration, stereoscopic compositing, and more.

Richard Aponte's education history includes attending the DAVE School from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Visual Artist in 3D Digital Animation and Visual Effects. Richard also attended Valencia College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate's degree in Digital Media Video Production, specializing in Digital Video Editing and Post-Production. Additionally, they attended C.U.A.M. (Administration and Marketing College University), located in Edo. Carabobo, Venezuela, from 1998 to 2002 and obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science Tech.
