Sam Vincent

Sam Vincent has a diverse work experience ranging from Sales and Customer Service to Engineering Consultation and Operations Management. They began their career as a Sales Assistant/Sanction Manager at John Lewis from October 2008 to July 2013. They then worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant in the Automotive/Motorsport Division at Pioneer Selection Ltd from August 2014 to April 2016. Following that, they joined Garden City Orthodontic Laboratory as a Dental Technician, where they helped the owner grow the business and increase profits from February 2010 to August 2014. Since April 2016, Sam has been working at The Mill, starting as a Client Services representative and gradually progressing to various roles, including CG Scheduler, CG, Design & Creative Tech Resource Manager, and currently serving as Operations Manager. In their current position, they oversee and manage a team of artists and consult with senior management to ensure successful project delivery and profitability. Furthermore, Sam has played a vital role in the Mill/MPC merger, aiding in the integration of artist and operations hierarchy and VFX pipeline.

From 2010 to 2013, Sam Vincent attended Lambeth College where they pursued a degree in Dental Technology. The focus of their studies was on Dental Laboratory Technology/Technician.
