Samir Patel

Samir Patel has a diverse work experience in the animation industry. Samir is currently working as a Lead Animator at The Mill since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Animator at MPC from 2017. In this role, they mainly focused on commercials and also served as an Animation Director. Before joining MPC, Samir worked as a 3D Animator at Method Studios from 2014 to 2016, where they worked on various projects including commercials, films like Dr. Strange and Captain America Civil War, and an NDA project. Samir also had brief stints at MPC and Method Studios where they worked as a Senior Animator and Animator respectively. Samir started their career as an Animator at Rhythm & Hues in 2011 and also worked at Industrial Light & Magic in 2010. Samir'searlier experiences include working as an Animator at Rhythm and Hues studios, a Layout artist at Imagi, and an Animator at Rhythm & Hues.

Samir Patel attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 1993 to 1997. Samir earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus on Computer Animation during this time.
