Namratha Das

Namratha Das is currently serving as a Human Resources Associate at Thence: The Product Success Company since April 2024. Prior to this role, Namratha gained experience as an HR operations intern at Newton School from December 2023 to April 2024 and as a Human Resources Intern at BB Advisory from January 2023 to May 2023. Namratha holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Taxation from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), completed in August 2021, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Corporate Psychology with a focus on Human Resources Management at the same institution.
