Penelope Drew MCIPPdip

Penelope Drew MCIPPdip has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Penelope started their career in 1989 as an Assistant Accountant at Insignia Solutions, where they worked until 1997.

Penelope then moved to ICL CFM Group as a Cash Accountant before joining Datarange Communications as a Financial Analyst in 1998.

In 2000, Penelope worked as an Office Manager at BarrysWorld Ltd before joining Garsington Opera in 2001 as an Accountant. At Garsington Opera, they were responsible for financial management and played a key role in the annual open-air summer opera festival.

In 2004, Penelope left Garsington Opera and joined Premier Lettings (Oxford) Ltd as a Management Accountant on a contracting basis. Penelope worked in this role for six years, until September 2021.

In 2007, Penelope also pursued their passion for garden design and started their own business, Penny Kay Garden Design, where they became a Garden Designer.

Most recently, Penelope joined Theolytics in October 2021 as a Financial Accountant.

Throughout their career, Penelope has gained valuable experience in financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, and office management.

Penelope Drew MCIPPdip has a diverse education history with a focus on various fields. Starting in 1996, they attended BPP Professional Education where they pursued the Association of Accounting Technicians degree in Accountancy.

In 2006, Penelope enrolled at the Royal Horticulture Society and obtained a RHS Level 2 Certificate in Horticulture, specializing in Horticulture. Penelope continued their studies in 2011 at the KLC School of Design, earning a Diploma in Garden Design.

In 2018, Penelope returned to education at The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), where they completed the Payroll Technician Certificate, focusing on the field of Payroll. Penelope then pursued further education at Propertymark in 2019, obtaining an ARLA qualification in Lettings and Property Management.

Returning to The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals in 2020, Penelope completed the Advanced Practitioner Certificate in Payroll, further enhancing their expertise in Payroll. Simultaneously, they pursued a Foundation degree in Payroll Management, also at The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
