Michael Sinclair

Michael Sinclair is a seasoned professional in research operations and quantitative analysis, currently working at Theorem since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at MoneyLion as a Quantitative Business Analyst in Strategic Finance from September 2018 to February 2023, and as a Senior Financial Analyst in Global Structured Finance Analytics at DBRS from November 2015 to September 2018. Michael has also worked as a Risk Analyst at BlackIce Solutions and Technologies and completed summer analyst positions at CIBC focusing on Equity Markets Technology and Wholesale Banking Technology in 2012 and 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Mathematics, complemented by a Physics minor from Queen's University, completed in 2014.
