Derek Rochester

Derek Rochester has over 17 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Derek began their career in 2002 as an Account Executive and Technical Recruiter at Aerotek Scientific. In 2008, they moved to Stephen James Associates as a Practice Director, where they specialized in recruiting and placing customers in professional, managerial and executive-level positions. In 2009, they became Branch Manager at Yoh Services LLC, a leader in developing and delivering workforce solutions. From 2011 to 2017, they held the role of VP Client Services and Director-Client Services at Theoris Services. Finally, in 2019, they returned to Theoris Services as VP-Client Services.

Derek Rochester attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1997 to 2001.
