Project Quality Engineer at Theoris

Mark Tenner has over 20 years of work experience in engineering and quality roles. Mark began their career in 1998 as a Project Manager at Makino Inc., where they successfully launched a multicell production in a one year window to produce steering gear. In 2002, they became the Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ADVICS Manufacturing Ohio, where they started a newly designed brake caliper in five months, meeting both the quality and ramp production requirements. In 2008, they moved to Zimmer as a Senior Process Engineer II, where they facilitated Manufacturing Operations and the Poly Liner Process for a new Hip Implant that launched in 2009. In 2012, they joined Biomet Inc. as a Process Quality Engineer, where they improved the quality of products produced in Hips and Extremities, addressed Customer Concerns, performed trend analysis and CAPA determinination, and managed Special processes for bone ingrowth coating. In 2016, they became a Quality Engineer at Avalign Technologies and a Project Quality Engineer at Theoris Services. In 2018, they joined Medtronic as a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer and ASQ as Chairman Section 0905. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Design Quality Engineer - Digital Solutions at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies.

Mark Tenner obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a Manufacturing Engineering Option from The Ohio State University in 1978. Mark also obtained a Manufacturing Engineering degree from The Ohio State University in 1978. In 2009, they earned an Executive Certificate in the Business of Life Sciences from Indiana University Bloomington in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2014, they obtained a Certified Quality Engineer certification from ASQ.
