Judy Topper

Judy Topper has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Judy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Production at Theory Wellness, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at MedMen, where they served as the VP of Field Operations from January 2021 to December 2021. Judy also held the positions of Sr Director of West Coast Operations and Plant Director at MedMen from May 2020 to December 2020 and from July 2019 to May 2020, respectively. Before joining MedMen, Judy worked at Starbucks, where they were the Director of Plant Manufacturing from November 2017 to July 2019. Judy'searly career includes various positions at Pepperidge Farm, starting as a Production Operator in 1996 and progressing to roles such as Production Lead, Production Supervisor, Planner, Product Manager, Director of Operations, Manager of Operations, and ultimately Plant Manager, where they worked from February 2010 to November 2017.

Judy Topper attended Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 1984 to 1989. Judy pursued a Double Major in Management and Marketing and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
