If this sounds like you, we are currently seeking a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to add to our team!

Your Main Responsibilities and Duties Include:

Under the direction of the Clinical Research Marketing Specialist, the responsibilities of the Recruiter include:

  • Conducting outbound and inbound phone calls and/or text messages to potential clinical trial participants using the clinical database; as well as new patient contacts generated by advertising, marketing and referrals.

  • Pre-screening potential clinical trial participants based on inclusion/exclusion criteria and scheduling site visit appointments.

  • Enter confidential patient information gathered from calls into the clinical trial management system.

  • Participate and contribute to staff meetings and site initiation visits.

  • Providing other administrative & recruitment support as needed.

To Succeed in this Position:

  • You should be self-motivated.

  • You have a friendly, courteous and confident phone demeanor; maintaining calm under pressure.

  • You have experience in Medical terminology, customer service and/or sales. Data entry experience preferred

  • You must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • You should have an excellent knowledge of the fundamentals of writing, grammar, syntax, style and punctuation.

  • You are creative and have excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • You are flexible and versatile in coping with evolving work situations & deadlines with the ability to focus on technical details.

  • You have the ability to pick up new things quickly.

 ** Please note that this is an onsite position.

The most likely starting base pay range for this position is $20-$25/hr.
