Amber Thomas, JD, has had a successful career in the field of compliance and regulation. Amber is currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Therapy Brands since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Regulatory, Regulatory Affairs & Regulatory Compliance at R1 RCM from August 2015 to March 2023. Before joining R1 RCM, Thomas worked as the Compliance Officer at Jackson Health System, specifically for Jackson Memorial and Holtz Children's Hospital, from March 2013 to July 2015. Amber also gained experience as an Associate Attorney at Lindquist & Vennum in 2012. Thomas began their career as an Emerging Leader at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where they completed rotations at the Division of Technical Payment Policy and the Office of General Counsel, Program Integrity Division, from 2010 to 2012.

Amber Thomas, JD, completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Subsequently, they attended the University of Minnesota Law School from 2007 to 2010, earning a Juris Doctor degree.
