Ryan Sealey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Ryan began their career as an Information Technology Intern at ACS Technologies in 2010, where they provided technical support and assisted with web development and hardware maintenance. Ryan then joined ACS Technologies as a Support Specialist in 2011, where they supported customers over the phone for multiple products and built strong customer relationships. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Transition Specialist, where they converted customer data to a new SaaS product, provided product onboarding, and improved retention through project initiatives. In 2017, Ryan joined Therapy Brands as a Software Support Specialist, providing support to customers. Ryan progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Product Coordinator and Product Analyst before becoming a Product Owner in May 2021. Ryan's work experience demonstrates their technical skills, customer focus, and ability to drive improvements in the business and customer experience.
