Kendra Johnson-Hunte is the current Global Director of Talent Acquisition for BioProduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Kendra has over fifteen years of experience in talent acquisition and human resources.

Johnson-Hunte began their career in 2007 as an Associate Director for Global Talent Acquisition at Career One Inc. After four years with the company, they transitioned to IBM where they served as the Global Talent Acquisition Optimization Leader for six years. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

In 2017, Johnson-Hunte joined Mitsubishi Chemical America as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Engagement for the Americas. In this role, they oversaw all talent acquisition initiatives and worked closely with senior leaders to develop programs that aligned with business objectives. After four years with the company, they transitioned to their current role as Global Director of Talent Acquisition for BioProduction at Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Johnson-Hunte is a highly experienced and successful talent acquisition professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that attract, hire, and retain top talent. Kendra is a strategic thinker with a passion for developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Kendra Johnson-Hunte has a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Kendra also has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from North Carolina Wesleyan University and a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Elizabeth City State University. In addition, they are certified by the Management and Strategy Institute as a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification - Human Resource and by SHRM as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Kendra is also certified by the Human Capital Institute as a Strategic HR Business Partner.

They work with James Fitzgerald - Director, Talent Acquisition Vendor Managment, Beth Bersticker - Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, and Madalina Nanuti Kincel - Director, Talent Management for Operations Capability. Kendra Johnson-Hunte reports to Michael Glass, Vice President, Global Talent.
