Susan McCune

Susan McCune, MD, holds the position of VP, Pediatrics & Clinical Pharmacology at Thermo Fisher Scientific and previously served in the same capacity at PPD. Before these roles, Susan was a Director at the FDA's Office of Pediatric Therapeutics and also held titles such as Deputy Director of the Office of Translational Sciences and Team Leader in the Office of Counterterrorism and Emergency Coordination. Additionally, Susan has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Neonatology at Children's National Hospital and an Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Medicine. Susan obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from The George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from Harvard University.
