Daniela Covello has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Daniela currently works at theScore as the Manager of Recruitment Marketing & Employment Brand | Talent Acquisition, where they are responsible for recruitment marketing initiatives and is part of the DEI steering committee. Prior to this, they worked at TD where they held various roles in Talent Acquisition, including Global Employer Brand Manager and Manager of Employer Branding. In these positions, they managed teams and focused on elevating TD's employer brand through creative and authentic content. Daniela also worked as a Social Media Analyst, where they developed and implemented digital recruitment campaigns. Before joining TD, Daniela worked at tag agencies as a Social Media Coordinator, managing social media communities and executing social media reporting. Daniela also has experience in social media coordination and analysis from their roles at Real Interactive | 6 degrees Integrated Communications and MDC Partners. Early in their career, Daniela worked as a Tennis Professional at York Racquets Club, where they excelled in client engagement and event management.

Daniela Covello completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies from Baylor University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Prior to their time at Baylor, they attended Brenau University from 2001 to 2002, although it is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study during this period.
