Kevin O'Keefe

Kevin O'Keefe has a diverse work experience in the field of customer support and engagement. Kevin began their career as a Promotions Intern at Rockland Boulders in 2015, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2018, they worked for the Boston Red Sox in the Fan and Youth Engagement role. In 2018, they joined MLB Advanced Media, L.P. as a Customer Service Representative, where they worked until 2019. Most recently, Kevin joined theScore in 2021, first as a Customer Support Specialist and currently as a Team Lead, overseeing customer support operations.

Kevin O'Keefe attended Quinnipiac University from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. In addition, in August 2014, they received a certification in Advanced Social Media Strategies from the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
