Brooke Richardson

Manager, Product-led Growth Program Europe at TheVentureCity

Brooke Richardson is the Manager of Product-led Growth Program Europe at TheVentureCity. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder of DropAlley, a B2B technology-driven startup incubated out of IE that facilitates 'Try & Buy’, a personalized service that combines offline and online shopping, increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and online sales. This enabled client retailers to reduce their product return rates, increasing margins and reducing operational inefficiencies that accompany reverse logistics.

Previously, Brooke was the Manager of Business Development at Macerich, where they were responsible for managing national retailer media buys across the Macerich portfolio of 48+ shopping centers. Brooke also oversaw, managed and coordinated media buys as well as responded to and recorded all RFP’s inquiries. Brooke successfully helped identify and qualify media agencies and brands, and continually grew sales pipeline through cold-calling, networking and prospecting.

Brooke Richardson completed a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Virginia Tech's Pamplin College of Business before going on to earn their MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship and leadership from IE Business School. Brooke began their educational career at Langley High School.

Brooke Richardson reports to Laura González-Estéfani, Founder, CEO & General Partner. Brooke Richardson works with Rodrigo Vogeler - Marketing & Communications manager, Clara Bullrich - Co-Founder & General Partner, and Iñigo Eguia - Scouter & Analyst, Product-Led Growth Program EMEA.
