Daniela Strazza

Daniela Strazza currently serves as the Global Head of People & Organization at think-cell Software since October 2024. Prior to this role, Daniela held positions including Head of People at Reonic (June 2024 - October 2024) and Global Head of People at Y42 (August 2021 - May 2024), where involvement in data orchestration and business analytics was prominent. Daniela’s extensive experience in talent acquisition includes leadership roles at SumUp, where the Tech Recruiting team was scaled, and Mercado Livre, focusing on various recruitment strategies. Previous roles also include diverse responsibilities in recruitment and HR at General Motors, SKY Brasil, Cargill, and TRANSEARCH. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and various language and leadership courses.
