JJ Song, Ph.D. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as President & C.E.O of CHAN Corporation, Ltd. in 1998. JJ Song, then served as an Independent Consultant for Sales Performance International, The TAS Group, and ASK learning in 2000, 2003, and 2004 respectively. In 2012, they became a Negotiation Consultant for Think! Inc. and a Certified Consultant for ValueSelling Associates, Inc. in 2004. In 2017, they were appointed C.E.O of smfcglobal and Country Manager of Pactech Inc. Korea. Most recently, in 2020, they began working as an Independent Consultant for Richardson. In addition, since 2014, they have been the Head Professor of Sales Management major at Gachone Graduate school of Management.

JJ Song, Ph.D. obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Gachon University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics from the New Jersey Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1988. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Sales Process (Account Managment, Opportunity Management, Channel Management etc.) in January 2000.
