Louise Gape

Louise Gape has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Louise is currently the Head of HR at thinkmoney since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Think Money Group from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held multiple positions at Ecolab, including European HR Business Partner from 2021 to 2022, Human Resources Business Partner from 2020 to 2021, and HR Advisor from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their role at Ecolab, Louise worked as an HR Advisor at Swissport from 2017 to 2020 and as a Regional HR Advisor at Savills from 2015 to 2017. Louise was also an HR and Projects Advisor at Keepmoat from 2010 to 2015. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Holiday Rep at First Choice Holidays from 2002 to 2009 and as an Export Coordinator at Maersk Line from 1999 to 2002.

Louise Gape attended Grays Convent High School from 2010 to 2011. During that time, they pursued a field of study that led to their qualification as a CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Certified Professional.
