Jeremy Moore has a diverse work experience. In 2015, they began working as a Program Manager at THINK Surgical. In this role, they also served as a Field Service Engineer, where they installed, repaired, and completed preventive maintenance on an active orthopedic robotic system. Jeremy also collaborated with engineers, clinical, and marketing teams to meet customer needs and requests, and led trade show set up and sales assistance during shows. Moore began their career in 2004 as a BMET in the United States Army Reserve, where they were the NCOIC of a Biomedical Equipment Repair Depot. Jeremy performed troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance on hospital equipment, and delegated work orders and preventive maintenance to assigned soldiers. In 2013, Moore began working as a Field Service Engineer at GE Healthcare, where they completed troubleshooting, installation, validation, maintenance, and service repair needs on designated equipment. Jeremy also proactively engaged with other team members and engaged with commercial counterparts to identify potential sales leads. In 2012, Moore began working as a Field Service Engineer at STERIS Corporation, where they conducted scheduled visits and responded to field calls to perform emergency service. Jeremy also worked with nurses, physicians, and in-house Biomedical Technicians to assess issues and ensure equipment functions to manufacturer's specifications.
Jeremy Moore completed a Certification in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from DoD Biomedical Equiptment School from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Pittsburg State University from 2006 to 2008, studying Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician.
