Molly Sargent

Molly Sargent has over 15 years of work experience in the medical field. Molly began their career in 2003 as a Medical Assistant at Kaiser Permanente. In 2004, they became the OR Manager at the Cosmetic Surgery Center of El Cerrito. In 2006, they worked as the Manager, Surgical Coordinator, and Surgical Technician (Robotic & Manual) at Sara Wasserbauer M.D. In 2011, they joined Restoration Robotics as the Clinical Training Manager, providing in-depth, hands-on clinical education and training for physicians and technicians. In 2014, they became the Advanced Robotic Hair Restoration Specialist/Lead Clinical Trainer at Gorrin Surgical. In 2015, they joined THINK Surgical as the Assistant Manager Clinical and Case Planner for Robotic Surgical Total Hip and Knee Arthroplasty. In 2017, they became the Practice Manager and Founding Member at West+Bond. Currently, they are the Manager of Clinical Case Planning and Lead Sr. Clinical Case Planner at THINK Surgical, where they are responsible for developing pre-operative clinical case plans to be delivered by the TSolution One Active Robotic Surgical System for THA and TKA*.

Molly Sargent attended California State University - East Bay from 2003 to 2004, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General. From 2001 to 2004, they attended Chabot College, where they obtained a Certification in Medical Assisting. In June 2004, they obtained a Certified Medical Assistant certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants.
