Alex Allabach has over 18 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at National City Mortgage - Preferred Lending Center as a Mortgage Loan Assistant & Pipeline Manager, where they managed the loan officer's mortgage pipeline, facilitated and expedited the closing of $400M+ in mortgage loans, and streamlined processes. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Indigo Financial Group as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer & Sales Coordinator, where they ranked #1 in total loan funding and generated purchase and refinance mortgage origination business. From 2007 to 2019, they worked at GreenPath Financial Wellness as a Business Analyst, where they eliminated financial risk exposure, reduced costs, and increased efficiency. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Interra Credit Union as a Business Analyst in the Innovation Management Office - IT Enterprise Project Management, where they organized and led enterprise and department-level initiatives, assessed and refined IT enhancement requests, and integrated and championed Agile methodologies. Currently, they work at Think as a Senior Business Analyst, where they facilitate meaningful stakeholder discussions to distill IT project requirements, and performs Configuration & Change Manager duties.

Alex Allabach has a diverse educational background. Alex is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Alex previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University in 2019. Alex also holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Glen Oaks Community College. Additionally, Alex has taken classes in Vocal Performance at Western Michigan University.
