Brian Christian

Brian Christian has extensive work experience in various roles.

Brian started their career at Radiological Physics Associates, Inc. in 1991, where they worked as a Radiological & Nuclear Physicist for 16 years.

Later, Brian joined Meteor Learning Formerly Educate Online in 2007, working as a Technical Team Lead. Brian managed technical support representatives and collaborated with upper management to improve technical procedures. Additionally, they provided QA call monitoring for enhanced customer experience and trained the team on call center and ticketing systems. Brian also held the positions of Senior Business Analyst/Programmer and Software Developer/DBA, where they managed the SSRS report server, served as a project manager for the logistics department, conducted SSIS integration with third-party software, and utilized programming languages such as Visual Basic, Perl, Java, JavaScript, and C# .NET. Brian analyzed and reported on departmental progress and forecasted budgetary needs.

In 2014, Brian joined Calvert Education as a Sr. Enrollment Analyst/Salesforce Administrator, where they worked until 2015.

In 2015, they joined basys, inc. as a Senior Systems Analyst II before transitioning to the role of Manager, Data Analytics, Data Transformation, and Reporting in 2017.

Starting in 2018, Brian worked at Great Minds as an Application Engineering Manager until 2023.

Currently, they are a Sr. Management Consultant at Think.

Brian Christian attended Walden University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology - Database Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they have achieved numerous certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA). Moreover, they have obtained the Recipe Lifecycle Management Badge from Workato in October 2022.
