Jeffrey Berenholtz, MHA, PMP

Jeffrey Berenholtz, MHA, PMP has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In 2012, they began their career at Genesis HealthCare as a Rehabilitation Office Coordinator (ROC) and was later promoted to Director of Admissions. During their tenure, they were credited for maximizing patient rehabilitation revenue, redesigning staff operational procedures, creating external relationships, and developing internal partnerships. In 2015, they joined LifeBridge Health as an IT Technical Support Manager, where they applied standard processes and process improvement for a team of 18, leading to improved customer service and team efficiency. In 2018, they were recruited to take on the newly created role of IS Project Manager and Business Operations Analyst. In 2020, they joined Think as a Management Consultant and currently works as a Medical Service Line Administrator at GBMC HealthCare.

Jeffrey Berenholtz, MHA, PMP obtained a Master's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Seton Hall University between 2014 and 2016. Jeffrey also obtained a B.S. in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2005 and 2009. In 2018, they obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
