The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer, Social & Content with a strong background in social media campaigns and extensive experience in the fashion and retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a project manager, capable of managing projects from inception to completion, and possess exceptional client-facing skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and oversee the development, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns for fashion and retail clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver cohesive and innovative campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the client's brand and objectives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as an Executive Producer, Project Manager, or similar role in a social media or advertising agency.
  • Strong background in managing social media campaigns for fashion and retail clients.
  • Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
