Diego Ferreira

Diego Ferreira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Diego is currently employed at ThinScale Technology Ltd. as a TS Infrastructure Engineer since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kimray, Inc. where they held various positions including Junior Network Engineer from April 2019 to April 2022, IT Support Analyst I in March 2019, and Help Desk Technician from October 2017 to March 2019.

Diego also served as an Operations Manager at Kaya Inc from January 2010 to August 2017, where they played a pivotal role in expanding the company's e-commerce business and achieving significant sales growth. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Telecom Specialist at Tecnologia Bancária S.A. - TECBAN from April 2007 to August 2009, where they managed access links of financial institutions interconnected to the data center of Banco 24 Horas.

Diego's experience also includes roles as a Support Analyst at Atento from October 2003 to June 2006, providing VIP support services and technical support for field technicians. In terms of additional certifications, Diego obtained the LE-1: Linux Essentials certification from the Linux Professional Institute in July 2020. Diego is also a member of the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals, ISACA - Central Oklahoma Chapter, and the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) - Oklahoma City Chapter, all obtained in 2019.
