Patricia McNeela

Patricia McNeela has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Patricia began their career as a Trainee Management Accountant at Arup Consulting Engineers and later worked as a Senior Client Manager at BLG Financial Consultants. At BLG Financial Consultants, they provided financial control management services to six client businesses and offered business advisory services to various clients.

In 2004, Patricia joined HOCHTIEF Facility Management Ireland Ltd as a Financial Controller. In this role, they oversaw all strategic and operational aspects of finance, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk management, audits, and compliance. Patricia also managed the IT department and handled legal and insurance matters.

Subsequently, Patricia joined Torex Retail (Micros Oracle) as an Interim Financial Controller Ireland, where they served until 2009. Patricia then joined RSM Farrell Grant Sparks as the Director of Outsourced Financial Control Services. In this role, they established and managed the Outsourced Financial Control division, attracting clients such as the multinational software company Micros (Oracle).

In 2011, Patricia took up the position of CFO/Finance Director at SELC Ireland Limited. Here, they held overall responsibility for corporate finance, financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and human resource management for worldwide operations. Patricia actively contributed to the company's strategy formulation and development and played a key role in identifying product and market developments.

From 2014 to 2016, Patricia worked as the Head of Finance and Operations at Hanley Energy Limited. In this role, they were responsible for all finance-related functions, support operations, and manufacturing/logistics operations for worldwide operations. Patricia successfully implemented various policies, procedures, and systems, achieving quality certifications for ISO standards. Patricia also designed user specifications for an integrated ERP system.

In 2016, Patricia became the Director at Blue Road Partners, where they served until 2021. In this role, they made significant contributions to the company's operations and played a key role in decision-making and strategy development.

Currently, Patricia holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at ThinScale Technology Ltd., a role they have held since 2016. As CFO, they oversee financial management and contributes to the company's overall financial strategy and decision-making.

Following this, from 1997 to 1999, they attended CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants), where they focused on Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Additionally, Patricia obtained a Diploma in Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland, although the exact dates of their enrollment and completion are unknown.
