Federico Squeri

Federico Squeri has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2007 to 2010. Federico then joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2012 as a Project Leader, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to Newell Brands as the Director of the Transformation Office before assuming the position of Director of eCommerce - Direct to Consumer (DTC) from 2018 to 2021. In 2021, Federico joined Kimberly-Clark as the Senior Director of M&A Integration, where they led the design and execution of Thinx Inc.'s integration into the company. Currently, Federico Squeri is the Vice President of International Expansion at Thinx Inc. since October 2022.

Federico Squeri completed their Master of Science degree in Management and Production Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 2001 to 2006. Federico then participated in the Erasmus Programme at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 2005 and 2006, where they focused on Industrial Engineering. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they attended Columbia Business School and obtained their MBA.
