Nicola White

Nicola White's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as a Human Resource Coordinator at ServiceLink. In this role, they processed contingent worker Oracle administration actions and handled communications and documentation for unemployment claims. Nicola also created and implemented trainings on HR systems and served as a backup to the Oracle administrator.

Since 2009, Nicola has been serving as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve. Their responsibilities included serving as a Platoon Sergeant, supervising and advising the Platoon leader, and overseeing a team of 25 Soldiers in a human resources personnel company. Nicola has worked at different locations, including the 864TH Theater Gateway Personnel Accountability Team in Pittsburgh, PA, and the 408TH Human Resource Company in Ft. Totten Queens, NY.

Nicola White pursued a Bachelor's degree in Resort Management and Business Administration from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies in 2012. Nicola then furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Robert Morris University, which they completed in 2018.
