Victoria Peirce

Victoria Peirce has a diverse background in various industries. Victoria started their career in 2016 as a Legislative/ Communications Intern at Hawai'i Green Growth, where they gained experience in legislative and communication tasks. In 2017, they interned at the United Nations as an Environmental Affairs Intern, contributing to environmental initiatives. Victoria then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Green Key Resources in 2018 before transitioning to a Customer Service Representative role at SLING later that year.

In 2019, Victoria joined Thinx Inc. as a Customer Experience Associate, providing support to enhance the customer experience. Victoria was later promoted to a Senior Associate role in Compliance & Regulatory Affairs. In this position, they played a crucial role in implementing the Quality Management System, overseeing document control and training systems. Victoria also spearheaded initiatives related to product safety and compliance, including the creation and management of a Restricted Substance List and ensuring certifications for Thinx products met required standards.

Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated a commitment to environmental sustainability and compliance, leveraging their skills in communications and administration to support various organizations.

Victoria Peirce attended NYU Stern School of Business in 2020, where they obtained a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability. Prior to that, they studied at Hawaii Pacific University from 2014 to 2016 and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Global Leadership & Sustainable Development. Victoria completed their undergraduate studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Business & Anthropology. In addition to their formal education, Victoria has also obtained a number of certifications. In 2021, they acquired a certification in Learning Data Analytics from LinkedIn and a NYU Stern Certificate in Corporate Sustainability from NYU Stern Center for Sustainable Business. In 2020, they completed certifications in Working with Upset Customers and Sustainability Strategies, both from LinkedIn.
