Danielle Abdelahad

Danielle Abdelahad is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as VP, Head of People at Third Rock Ventures since September 2025, Danielle previously held the position of Vice President and Head of People & Culture at Jnana Therapeutics from August 2021 to September 2025, where the focus was on advancing innovative therapies for unmet medical needs. Prior roles include consulting for Abata Therapeutics, and various HR positions at bluebird bio, EnerNOC, and Wellington Management. Danielle's background is complemented by a BA in Psychology and Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from William James College.
