Ethan Holly has been working in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering and Technology Teacher for Summer Programs at Dwight-Englewood School. In 2010, they developed the BizMath iPhone App, which has received only 5-star reviews in the iOS app store. In 2011, they worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Digital Innovation, Inc., where they prototyped and demonstrated an iOS prototype of a DI product. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at Digital Innovation, Inc., where they developed an information management system for more efficient business operations. In 2015, they worked as a Technical Solutions Consultant at Google, where they worked with Google ad tech publishers to manage web properties for maximum ad revenue and efficiency. In 2016, they worked as a Research Software Engineer at Google Brain, where they worked on publications such as Deep Reinforcement Learning for Robotic Manipulation with Asynchronous Off-Policy Updates and Qt-opt: Scalable Deep Reinforcement Learning for Vision-Based Robotic Manipulation. Currently, they are a Machine Learning Software Engineer at Third Wave Automation, where they are developing predictive models of truck dynamics and control using deep neural networks.
Ethan Holly attended Dwight-Englewood for an unknown duration before enrolling at The Johns Hopkins University in 2009. Ethan earned a BS of Engineering in Computer Science in 2013, followed by an MS of Engineering in Computer Science in 2014.
