Becky Herrick

Becky Herrick has extensive work experience in talent management, talent acquisition, and people team leadership. Becky is currently the VP of Talent Management - HR, TA & Employee Experience at Thirty Madison since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at The RealReal from July 2019 to October 2021. Becky was also a People Team Senior Leader at Nevro from December 2017 to July 2019. Becky has experience in recruiting as well, having worked as a Recruiting Manager at Tesla from June 2014 to December 2017 and as a Senior Recruiter at Accordance Search Group from December 2012 to June 2014.

Becky Herrick has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology from California State University, Fullerton. Becky also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Point Loma Nazarene University.
