Laura Palantone

Laura Palantone has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Laura is currently employed as the Strategy & Operations Director at Thirty Madison. Prior to that, they held the position of Strategy & Operations Associate Director at the same company.

Before joining Thirty Madison, Laura worked at Deloitte Consulting as an Engagement Manager, specializing in customer, marketing, and product strategy for healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. Laura also served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte.

Laura has also gained experience in the non-profit sector. Laura worked as a Social Enterprise Summer Fellow at De La Gente, where they focused on creating economic opportunities for coffee-producing communities. Additionally, they served as a Community Outreach Fellow at Mercado Global, empowering women artisans in rural Guatemala.

Laura's earlier experience includes roles at APCO Worldwide, where they provided consulting services across industries and contributed to the development and measurement of corporate social responsibility programs. Laura also gained experience as a Marketing & Communications Intern at Siemens Corporate Research and as a New Business Development Intern at AR New York.

Laura Palantone obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing in Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a double major in Communication from the University of Maryland College Park between 2007 and 2011. Laura also attended St. Louis University- Madrid Campus in 2010. Laura completed their high school education at Hillsborough High School from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Laura Palantone obtained a certification in Business Models for Social Enterprise from NovoEd in July 2016.
