Martin Kondrup Knudsen

Martin Kondrup Knudsen currently serves as Chef for sundhed, kultur og fritid at Thisted Kommune and has held various leadership roles within the municipality since February 2015, focusing on areas such as Dagtilbud, PPR, and integration programs for asylum seekers. Additionally, Martin serves on multiple boards, including Sparekassen Thy Fonden, Museum Thy, Spillested Thy, and Det Nordatlantiske Fyr. Previously, Martin held the position of Uddannelsesleder at Beredskabsstyrelsen for over 14 years, overseeing educational initiatives and personnel development. Education includes a Master's degree in Learning Processes from Aalborg Universitet and several leadership qualifications from Professionshøjskolen Metropol and Beredskabsstyrelsen.
