Andres Hernandez

Andres Hernandez is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and project management, currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology at BECU since August 2023. Prior to this role, Andres worked at ThisWay Global as a Customer Success Manager and at Microsoft from 2020 to 2023 in various recruiting positions, including Technical Recruiter and a stretch role as Recruiter for Recruiters (R4R).
