Francis Mercier

Francis Mercier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and business consulting. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Associate Engagement Principle at Aera Technology since January 2022, Francis previously held the position of Business Consultant at Quintiq, a Dassault Systèmes company from March 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Client Success Manager at Oracle from August 2011 to March 2018 and IT Technician at the Free Library of Philadelphia from July 2010 to August 2011.
