Mark Ellison possesses extensive experience in operations and management within the hospitality and catering sectors. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager for Thomas Franks Ltd since February 2023, Mark has previously held significant roles including Head of Operations at Aston Villa FC, Catering Operations Manager for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, and General Manager at both Wilson Vale Catering Management and TOWN AND COUNTRY INNS PLC. With a foundational education in Business and Hospitality Management from UCB, complemented by A-Levels in Business, Law, and Geography from Shrewsbury Technical College, Mark brings a well-rounded skill set and leadership capabilities to the industry.
