Ryan Huffman

Ryan Huffman has a diverse work experience in the home building industry. Ryan currently serves as the Division President at Thomas James Homes, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, Ryan held various leadership roles at Richmond American Homes, including Division President from December 2019 to October 2021, Executive Vice President of Operations from July 2018 to December 2019, and Vice President of Land from February 2017 to July 2018. Before joining Richmond American Homes, Ryan worked at Mattamy Homes as the Regional Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development from November 2012 to February 2017. Ryan also gained experience at Pulte Group, Inc. where they held positions such as Director of Land Acquisition - Arizona Division from July 2010 to November 2012, Manager of Land Acquisition from January 2008 to August 2010, and Director of Planning and Development from August 2005 to January 2008. Prior to entering the home building industry, Ryan worked as a Project Manager at Entranco from December 1998 to August 2005.

Ryan Huffman completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Northern Arizona University from 1994 to 1998. From 2002 to 2004, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, General at the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
