David Barber is an experienced attorney with a diverse legal background. Currently serving as an attorney at Thomas Law Offices since April 2022, Barber is also the owner of Barber Law, established in July 2011, which focuses on representing individuals harmed by safety rule violations. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at Mussler & Associates from September 2006 to July 2011, and at Celebrezze & Keeler from 1997 to 2006. Additionally, Barber worked as an attorney at the Law Office of Michael B. Fox from 1994 to 1997 and as an assistant county attorney at the Carter County Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included prosecuting cases in District Court and advising the Fiscal Court. Barber holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and advanced degrees in communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of Louisville.
