Kevin Jones

Kevin Jones has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin began their career at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2005 as an IT Lab Monitor and later became an Equipment/Application Specialist. Kevin then joined Genworth as an EOL Deskside Technician before returning to Virginia Commonwealth University as an IT Executive Aux Support. Kevin also worked at the Department of Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board as a Sales Associate and later joined Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control as a Client Services Lead Analyst. Kevin'smost recent role has been at Thomson Reuters, where they started as an IT Support Engineer and is currently serving as an IT User Support Lead.

Kevin Jones earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, which they attended from 2004 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems Degree at the same university from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Bomgar certification from Bomgar Corporation in October 2016 and an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PEOPLECERT in October 2015.
