Mike Braa

Mike Braa has over 15 years of experience at Thomson Reuters, having progressed through various roles from Staff Accountant to Director of Business Systems, where responsibility includes the implementation and support of enterprise-wide planning and reporting solutions for the global Finance community. Notable contributions include leadership in Finance Simplification and Optimization programs, the establishment of IT Financial Management practices for a $3 billion spend, and development of tools for enhancing cost transparency. Prior military experience as a Battalion Intelligence Officer in the United States Army National Guard further demonstrates strong analytical and leadership skills. Mike Braa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Minnesota State University, a Graduate Certificate in Artificial Intelligence, and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of St. Thomas.
