Peter Ebden

Peter leads the platform engineering and infrastructure teams at Thought Machine, and is responsible for ensuring the companies infrastructure upholds the highest levels of security, efficiency and scalability.

Peter has over 15 years’ experience in engineering, with expertise in numerous software languages, databases and deployment technologies. Prior to joining Thought Machine, Peter was a senior software engineer at Google. He worked alongside CEO Paul Taylor on Google’s text-to-speech team, working across cloud, Android and Chrome deployments. He joined Google, after working as a software engineer for over five years in Auckland following the completion of his degree in Engineering at the University of Auckland.
