Claire Cheng has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Claire started their career as a Sales & Catering Coordinator at Coast Plaza Hotel & Suites in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Claire then moved to Coast Hotels as a Conference Services Manager for a brief period before transitioning to Expedia, Inc. in the same year. At Expedia, they held the positions of Market Associate from October 2014 to December 2016 and Associate Market Manager from January 2017 to October 2020. In 2021, Claire joined Hootsuite as a Customer Success Manager, where they worked until August 2022. Claire then joined Emplifi as a Customer Success Manager - North America from August 2022 to January 2023.
