Marcus Simon

Marcus Simon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus is currently the Executive Vice President and Global Head of Supply Chain and Operations at Modern Gourmet Foods, where they head the global supply chain for three businesses. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President and Head of International Operations at MGA Entertainment. Marcus has also held various senior positions at Mattel, Inc., including Senior Director of Global Supply Chain Strategy, Country Head of Operations & Supply Chain and Country CFO at Mattel do Brasil, Finance Director (Country CFO), and Senior Manager of Brazil Manufacturing. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Manager and Senior Manager in Corporate Strategic Planning at Mattel. Marcus also has experience as a Consulting Manager in Strategy and Business Development at The Wonderful Company and as a Business Analyst at Arthur D. Little. Marcus began their career at Ambev, where they worked in the non-alcoholic beverages division. Throughout their career, they have been involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, supply chain management, finance, operations, and business development.

Marcus Simon has an MBA in Business, General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in General Management & Finance from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Marcus also has a certification in MBA from Harvard Business School.
