With a background in Computer Science, Caroline has worked as a developer, a business analyst, a project manager and many other delivery related roles in between.

Caroline found at ThoughtWorks the opportunity of getting engaged with business strategy and executive decisions both internally as well as with clients, and a greater chance to change the game for those clients and their customers.
